My name is Gemma, and I’m the cancer care co-ordinator for the PCN. I provide personalised support to patients and their families at any stage of their cancer journey. My role is to ensure a seamless transition between primary and secondary care by offering a reliable point of contact, addressing queries, and providing a compassionate listening ear. I also work closely with practices to improve cancer screening uptake.
With a background in Health Psychology, I am passionate about supporting mental health and am currently pursuing further studies in this area. Outside of work, I enjoy walking my Cavapoo and spending quality time with family and friends.
