Hi, my name is Eoghan. I am a health and well-being coach. I assist people increase their ability to self-manage, motivation and commitment to lifestyle change. I focus on improving health related outcomes by working with people to set personalised goals as well as behaviours.

My background of study is Sports Nutrition in which I have gained a degree within the following area of study, Sports and Nutrition for Health. I also have a background within amateur boxing too.
