Hello, I’m Ruth, a Primary Care Network Pharmacist with over 20 years of experience in Community Pharmacy before transitioning to my current role. As part of the PCN team, my role is diverse. Alongside supporting one of our practices, I serve as the Pharmacist Lead for Care Homes and our PCN Pain Clinic. I hold a Postgraduate Certificate in Teaching and Health Coaching qualifications, which enhance my ability to support and patients effectively.
My mission is to use my expertise to help empower patients optimise their medication and adopt a holistic approach to improving their overall wellbeing.
