If you submit data using any forms on our website, the data will be stored securely for one year, after which it will be securely deleted. Access to the secure database is only accessible to the webmaster.

You can request a copy of any data you may have submitted via a form so long as it is within the one year time period since you submitted it.

Where your data is sent

Data submitted via a form is then emailed to a secure NHSmail account. No other email addresses outside of NHSmail are used.
