Citizens Advice Wirral have recently released their cost of living newsletter which has helpful tips and information to get you through the Christmas period. This includes shopping, keeping warm, and financial assistance.

Active Wirral has launched a new survey to gather feedback on local sport and activity services. It takes five minutes and is open to all Wirral residents aged 16+. The survey closes on 30 November. More information can be found on our health coaches page.

The Living Well service is built on the principles of listening to communities and meeting their needs by bringing the right services to them. The service, delivered by Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, operates on a fully drop-in basis. It offers all routine NHS immunisations, health checks and mental health support.
